The Toptul 6 Piece Quick Interchangeable Ratchet Crimping Tool Kit GAAI0605 is designed for crimping a wide range of electrical terminals with consistent force and accuracy. The kit includes a quick interchangeable ratchet crimper and five interchangeable crimping jaw sets for insulated terminals (0.5 to 6.0 mm²), non-insulated terminals (0.5 to 10.0 mm²), open-barrel terminals (0.5 to 6.0 mm²), insulated cord-end terminals for small sizes (0.5 to 4.0 mm²), and insulated cord-end terminals for large sizes (6.0 to 16.0 mm²). The ratchet mechanism provides controlled crimping force, while the quick-change system allows jaw inserts to be swapped without tools. The crimping jaws are made from AISI 4140 alloy steel, and the kit is supplied in a blow-mould case measuring 280 mm x 195 mm x 50 mm for organised storage.
