Virtual Industries Baby Vac-Pen Vac Tool w/ 4 tips ANDI-VAC KIT, Static dissipative, with conductive silicone vacuum cups. (1) 1/8" and (1) 1/4" vacuum cups on bent probes and (1) 1/8" and (1) 3/8" vacuum cups on straight probes. Our HANDI-VAC kits are a low cost pick-and-place tool that can go in everybody’s tool box. These tools are simple to operate: 1. Select a tip with a rubber vacuum cup on a probe that is slightly smaller than the part you want to pick and place. Put the probe snuggly on the tip of the HANDI-VAC tool. Make sure that there is no dust on the rubber vacuum tip. NOTE: Our larger rubber vacuum cups can be placed directly on the HANDI-VAC tip without using a probe. 2. Gently squeeze the HANDI-VAC bulb, place the soft suction cup squarely on the pick-and place part, then relax your squeeze. The part is now firmly gripped. 3. Move the part to where you need it and a second squeeze of the bulb releases the part.
