OFX-100 lightweight fabric garments are for protect your sensitive micro-electronic products from ESD (electrostatic discharge) generated by simple human movement This key style choice is similar to the standard sleeve (with 1 female and 2 male 4mm snaps. The male snaps connects to one of the female snaps for a proper fit adjustment) but with an additional 4mm female snap on the sleeve facing inwards for attachment to a wrist strap, and a male snaps on the hip pockets for attachments to a ground cord. Style: Lapel style collar, with 3 pockets Fabric Content: 87% texturized polyester and 13% Shakespeare Conductive Fibres, LLC Resistat®fiber (Carbon-suffused monofilament nylon), knit in grid pattern. Will meet the requirements of the National ESD Association’s ANSI/ESD STM 2.1-2013, Category 3 Grounding: ESD wrist strap is snapped to the garment cuff, Ground cord is attached at either hip pocket snap. The Key Option is ideal when you already have wrist-straps, or in cases when wearers find the cuffs a little too snug. The wrist strap is snapped to the cuff snap. Garment and wearer are then both grounded by attaching a ground cord to the 4mm stainless steel snaps on either pocket Will maintain performance characteristics for a minimum of 100 washes or 2 years, whichever comes first

Laundering Instructions: For all Lab coats, smocks and jackets Wash in cool or cold water with any commercially-available liquid detergent, hang dry or dry at 120°F or less. Do not use bleach, fabric softener, or iron. The carbon-suffused monofilament nylon is sensitive to heat and should not be exposed to drying heat in excess of 120oF. Wash at 90oF (Maximum) and tumble dry at low heat or hang dry. This lightweight fabric will dry very quickly and we recommend hang-drying for maximum life.
