The IONFIX Compact Static Generator supplies the high voltage required for industrial electrostatics applications, such as temporary adhesion, in-mould labelling (IML), hole detection, product charging and material separation. Designed for manual use or for complete integration within a process, the IONFIX Compact provides a full range of features and capabilities in a compact and versatile construction. 30 kV, available in positive or negative polarity 20 W of power , giving a full 1 mA at 20 kV and 0.67 mA at 30 kV Fast rise and fall times for high speed operations Four high voltage output connections Easy to operate keypad controls with large, clear LED displays showing precise running information and fault analysis Industry standard remote interface links with process control/PLC 180deg display rotation and flexible mounting brackets for versatile installation The IONFIX Compact is part of the IONFIX family of 30 kV and 60 kV Static Generators. In addition to generator bars and electrodes, the IONFIX Compact is complemented by a range of IML Accessories.
