CONSTRUCTION

STAT-MAT protects static sensitive products
as it is composed of two layers, with the
following characteristics:

TOP LAYER

(Coloured) Static dissipative layer to
discharge static fields at the
right speed to prevent damages

BOTTOM LAYER

(Black)
Conductive layer to quickly
drain to ground all charges
filtered by the top layer

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

* Reflection breaking embossed surface to reduce glare and improve
operator performance
* High resiliency gives protection against small collisions
* Prevention of sliding of delicate components due to the high
coefficient of friction, which is increased by the embossed surface
* Heat Resistance: This high quality rubber compound does not
melt and does not burn coming into contact with hot metal parts or
soldering debris
* High chemical resistance
* Oil resistant
* Suitable for free laying (does not require application with adhesives)
* Suitable for continuous monitoring
