The Hakko C1541 is a hot air temperature probe accessory intended for use with Hakko FG-100B / FG-100 tip thermometers and FG-101B / FG-101 soldering iron / tester systems. It enables measurement of either the temperature of hot air emerging from a nozzle or the temperature of a workpiece by employing two different sensor types. This probe is used to monitor and control thermal conditions in rework or soldering processes to avoid overheating components or to precisely validate temperature settings. Uses: *Measure and monitor the temperature of hot air exiting the nozzle in rework or soldering operations. *Measure the actual temperature of a workpiece (e.g. a PCB, component) to ensure safe thermal exposure. *Calibrate or validate the output temperature of hot air rework stations. *Prevent overheating and thermal damage by giving real-time feedback. *Assist in process control and repeatability in electronics repair, reflow, or solder rework. *Useful in lab, repair workshops, or production environments where careful thermal control is critical.
Features & Benefits

*Dual-sensor design: includes Sensor A for measuring hot air temperature, and Sensor B for measuring the temperature of the workpiece.*Compatible with FG-100B / FG-100 and FG-101B / FG-101 thermometer / testing units.*Allows precise thermal monitoring close to the nozzle or on component surfaces.*Helps prevent damage by giving feedback on actual temperatures during rework.*Compact and lightweight for ease of handling in soldering or rework benches.*Rugged design to tolerate the temperatures encountered in hot air rework processes.
