ALPHA OM-5100, is a low residue, no-clean solder paste designed to maximize SMT line yields.
The flux vehicle is rheologically formulated to provide excellent repeatability and resistance to environmental conditions.

The ALPHA OM-6106 activation system has been optimized to enhance joint solder ability, solderballs and other soldering defects while maintaining long term reliability.

This paste is designed to give you ultra fine printability down to 0201 components level and will tackle flip chip processing with ease. You can expect it to print straight from the pot down to 0.025" dia, with print speeds up to 200 mm/sec Classified as IPC J-STD-RELO.
