Product Overview:
The Xuron 9180 High Durability Scissors are designed specifically to cut high-strength fibers like Kevlar®, Dandyline®, Fireline®, and other aramid fibers widely used in fiber optic cables and high-technology textiles. Scissors or wire cutters of conventional design will easily become dull or damaged when cutting these hard materials; however, the Xuron 9180's unique design delivers clean, accurate cuts with long-lasting performance.
Boasting a specially configured serrated blade, these scissors keep fibers from slipping when they are being cut, which increases accuracy and reduces effort. Cushioned Xuro-Rubber™ grips on loop-free, ergonomically configured handles and the inclusion of an inbuilt return spring make cutting comfortable and limit hand fatigue while using them extensively. The cutters are heat-treated to between 58-60 Rc to provide them with superior durability and longevity.

Key Features:
Serrated Blade Design: Prevents fibers from slipping out during cutting, allowing for clean and accurate cuts.
Heat-Treated Cutting Edges: Hardened to 58-60 Rc for improved durability and longer tool life.
Ergonomic Handles: Loop-free design with cushioned Xuro-Rubber grips for added comfort and control.
Return Spring Mechanism: Automatically opens the scissors after each cut, minimizing hand fatigue.
Compact and Lightweight: Formed for convenience in confined spaces and long tasks.
